Bodhi Tree Massage is a calm, nature-inspired Thai massage and holistic bodywork practice in Bosham, near Chichester, West Sussex.

I offer slow, intentional Thai bodywork, Thai oil fusion massage, breath-led grounding, gentle somatic awareness and meditation — designed to bring you back into your body, your breath and your natural rhythm.

My work is especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed, tense, emotionally tired, burnt out or disconnected from themselves.

Sessions take place at The Green Door Centre in Bosham, a tranquil, welcoming space  overlooking peaceful gardens.

All sessions are 1:1 or 1:2 only. No classes. No performance. Just a safe, thoughtful, embodied experience.

New clients usually begin with a single session. If ongoing support feels beneficial, we can gently establish a monthly rhythm through Ongoing Care.

What 'Somatic' means here

In this practice, somatic simply means of the body — gentle practices that help you feel, sense and inhabit yourself with more presence.

It does not refer to clinical somatic therapy or trauma-processing modalities.

Instead, I offer simple, supportive tools such as:

  • breath-led awareness
  • grounding sensory practices
  • embodied stillness
  • gentle techniques to help you reconnect with yourself

These elements compliment Thai massage beautifully and support a calmer nervous system, deeper rest and more grounded presence.

If you require work on more than one area, a 90 or 120-minute full-body Thai massage is recommended.

An extended close to your session, allowing the work to land fully before you re-enter the day.

No guidance, no reflection prompts, no conversation. Simply warmth, stillness and unhurried transition. An optional weighted or gently heated blanket can be used to support a deeper sense of grounding and comfort.

Often chosen by those who find they need a little longer to reorient, or who value a slower return after deeper work.

Home-based support for relaxation, pain relief and nervous-system care.

If you struggle to leave your home but would like dedicated 1:1 support through guided self-massage, meditation and gentle stretches, this online session offers calm, personalised care from the comfort of your own space.

Sessions are shaped around your needs and energy on the day and may include a short settling practice, simple guided self-massage for tension relief, gentle movement or stretching, and a closing relaxation or meditation.

Everything is optional and guided at your pace, with no pressure to move in any particular way or share anything you don’t want to.

This online session is designed to feel grounding, supportive and genuinely accessible for those who can’t easily attend in person — whether you’re navigating stress, fatigue, anxiety or physical tension.
